I ordered two Dale Sommers hats and the website showed they were in stock. Someone took all of those hats to a show got rid of all those hats and I had to accept my order minus the two hats I’m supposed to get a refund on my total order, and I never got it yet, you lost me as a customer!

My last two orders had issues, most recently, I was missing two gas extreme in my order .I sent an email and called nine times before reaching someone, once I made contact the order was fixed. Not sure what is driving the recent issues but I hope they can be resolved, I like the product.
Package was damaged and sent back by UPS before I ever received my package. Heard nothing from the company after a week. Sent multiple emails, had to call 3 times before I finally got to a person, who then just took my info and said he would get customer service to contact me. I love Hot Shot's products, but when stuff like this goes wrong, their customer service performance DOES NOT match their products performance.

Shipped out fast, but the shipping company decided to damage the package.a quick call to customer service and a new package was on the way! Customer service was a pleasure to work with! Got the new package quick! Edit* after running this in my ram for about 200miles, I have already seen an increase in mpg. Went up about .7avg mpg so far. Not sure about the noise everyone talks about, but it's quiet as well. Excellent product and company!
