HouseAccount got me connected quickly with Local Handyman to tackle a few things in my new house. The technician they sent, Robert, was friendly and a took care of the tasks I needed covered.

I am very disappointed with both…
I am very disappointed with both HouseAccounts and the vendor. I trusted both of them and ended up paying over $700 to have a new toilet and shower head installed. It is reasonable to expect that both items would be properly tested before the technicians left, but the shower head only works partially. I contacted both the vendor and HouseAccounts for support, but my concerns were ignored. The vendor said they would return the next day, but they never showed up, and I have not heard back since. I also reached out to HouseAccounts for help and received no response at all.

I am disappointed with both HouseAccounts and the vendor. Put too much trust in both. I spend over 700 dollars to install a new toliet and a new shower head. Not a surprise that I would expect them to test both before they departed and the shower head only partially works. When I reached out to both the vendor and to HouseAcount it was ignored. The vendor said the come back the next day and I have not heard back and they did not show up I reached out to Houseaccounts for help and NOTHING

This is just what I needed in order to get my house ready to move out. I was connected with an amazing glass company who came out and finished the job within the quoted price. I will definitely be using house account again when I need a repair.
Handyman Services
I highly recommend Luis Garcia of Handyman Services! He fixed my leaking showerhead and replaced three light fixtures. Everything looks and works perfectly. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and very efficient. The quality of his work is excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely be using his services again!

The individuals they had to contact us were great. Service was prompt and courteous. The contractor showed up on time and ready to complete the task. I would use this service, and the contractor again. The only reason it's a 4/5 is because it wasn't clear how to pay the Vendor and no way to go through house account to let them know we chose a vendor and no clear way to show how to pay the vendor.

We had an excellent experience with this plumber. He arrived on time, came in professionally, and got straight to work. The job was done efficiently and correctly the first time. His pricing was very fair — no overcharging, no surprises, just honest work. That means a lot. We truly appreciate the quality of service and will absolutely be using him as our plumber moving forward. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. They set the price and I was fair and reasonable for the job I needed done. Alex who put my TV stands together was wonderful he was fast skilled and knowledgeable.
