I found the program to be overwhelming
I found the program to be overwhelming. The expectations for the training would be a full time job. Videos featuring dogs that don’t know the skills would be helpful. It’s really frustrating to try a skill and then not know how to correct it. Filming is not always easy or convenient. I ended up paying for in person classes and a kindergarten drop off program.

We are pleased to hear you found the program to be robust. Dogs and humans don’t speak the same language and dogs don’t instinctively fit into a human’s world. So training can definitely be time consuming! That’s why we break up the course into more than 50 short videos of training games you can play with your dog.
Many of the students in our online course have found that video recording their training session is an excellent way for them to improve their canine communication skills and evaluate their own sessions. When submitted for feedback, our trainers can give even more suggestions on how to improve on the work. In the end we want you to be successful with your dog when a trainer is not present, which is why we feel like an online training program is the best way to learn how to train your dog.
If you find that you could use more help and would like some suggestions on how to improve your training, you are welcome to join us at the PRO level where you can take advantage of this additional support at any time!

Trainer Interaction At Least 3 Times A Week
I love having the zoom time where we could interact with Michele & Nicole. Learning about the decompression time was invaluable. I didn’t need much of what others wanted to talk about since Lucy was already about 9+mos when I joined the training. All the videos & course info are invaluable. We are still working on the jumping up at the door with guests, and not pulling when we take our neighborhood walks. Thanks for a great program.

Remember from the Zoom call chats, if pulling is still occurring while in the neighborhood, we need to hold off on them and instead go on decompression walks while you dial back down and work back at home on short leash skills. Very Satisfied with the training methods.
We (my husband and I) have raised several dogs over the course of our lifetime. Taking on two English Lab puppies, while in our 60’s meant we really needed to invest in our training time and efforts so that these dogs didn’t overpower us as they grow up. While I wanted to merely pay for someone to come to our home to train them (and us),I thought this program looked like a good second option. We liked that it was all on line and via videos and we could each work at our own pace. We were able to put the program links on both our phones to watch independently, and yet remaining consistent in our commands to our two pups. Our two boys, “Clyde and Wayne” are now 4.5 months old and are really Dream Dogs. Are they perfect, NOPE. There is always more room to grow and learn. But they are the best behaved pups we’ve ever had and are continuing to learn. I would highly recommend Michele and Nichole and others who manage this training program.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I didn't get to participate in the program as I had planned due to extreme illness. I used to train for the K9 police department. So, the stuff I did reveiw I already knew. I feel the price was very expensive for the short time of the membership.

Great online puppy course
Great online puppy course! I wish I had found this before my puppy arrived, but I am glad I didn't wait too long after he arrived to enroll. I loved the detailed lessons and the Facebook support. Pickles is adorable! My favorite part of the course however was the Zoom mini lessons. Although I couldn't attend the sessions, I learned a lot from the recordings and the mini lessons were very valuable. The crate training lessons and mini lessons especially were the best I have seen. I do wish some lessons were taught in the first module, like leave it/drop it. Yes, it takes forever for puppies to master them, but I taught my puppy leave it the second day I had him and it helped immensely in many situations. I also found it somewhat difficult to find some of the mini lessons. Yes, they are in the pro section but I'm not sure if it is updated regularly.

We don't want to overwhelm our students though and want to make sure we get some of the other foundation skills and games underway so that when you get to things like "leave it" your pup is ready :-) Drop it is in the BONUS section.
As for the mini lessons that were taught on Zoom calls, you're right they are under the Pro-Level Resource tab in the course and anytime a new one is taught we update the course.

Learn how to teach your puppy and have fun.
The on line training gave me an opportunity to learn how to train my puppy and what to expect from the puppy at different stages. I can watch it as many times I need to at any hour of the day. I also have the opportunity to go back to the beginning to review things and master the expectations from my puppy. I really enjoyed watching the lessons and teaching my puppy the proper manners.
This has been an awesome experience I would recommend this program to anyone who really wants to learn how to turn learning into a fun bonding experience.

My lifesaver
Took this course because of my furry Land Shark. First puppy owner and I was in love with my fur baby. I never realized how difficult the first 2 months could get with the biting, chewing, jumping etc etc. etc…
I was blessed that my pup loved her crate and potty trained very easily and slept thru the night. Thanks to this course I don’t know if I would have survived. My pup is now almost 5 months and mostly obedient thanks to Michelle and this 30 day to Puppy Perfection.

This program is amazing
This program is amazing! I can not recommend it enough if you are getting a dog. I wish I had knew it existed when I had my other dogs. The training was fun and easy to follow. You actually start to see results immediately. There is so much support through the Facebook page, and the Monday’s with Michelle are a great intensive lesson on a number of different topics. I will never train a dog any other way. I can’t thank you enough!

My spouse found you to help me train…
My spouse found you to help me train our new puppy. Once I started to watch and set aside time in the day to train things went smoothly. I liked the potty timing schedule and check lists. The zoom meetings helps see what others were having success with or what needed to be tweaked. With summer here we have not had as much time train as I would like to have. I have had to go back to the basics several times. - Surfing is happening again darn it- When do the zoomies stop?
I have considered starting up again for a refresher.

I found the course material excellent.
I found the course material excellent. I have an extremely busy job so I am working through the course material as quickly as I would like to. I also found it very difficult to manage all the Zoom calls. I love that you can watch the self directed calls at your own pace and multiple times. The search engine is great as well. If you have a question it's likely been asked before and you can find a video on it. I am a first time puppy owner and was lucky to be blessed with a super chill, happy easy puppy. It was great that I got the course a month before she came so I got a head start on learning how to train her. My only comment would be is the Pro Level is quite expensive. I think I only asked 3 short simple questions during my whole time so not worth it for me. I might rejoin the Pro Level down the road if things go side ways and I am at a loss as to how to manage. At this point I'm happy to go on my own and watch the videos. I would suggest in the videos though they show the dogs not being successful on each demonstration of the training. They make it look super easy. Pickles rocks!

Monty LOVES his crate now - thank you!!
We thoroughly enjoyed the 30 day to puppy perfection course. Before our German Pinscher pup Monty arrived , we signed up for the course to really understand the theory and the practical of living with and training a pup. I'm so glad we did this.. it really helped me with my experience in the puppy blues stage! We are especially thankful for the crate and potty training sections of this course. They have been a godsend with Monty and really helped guide us through that challenging stage. Monty LOVEs his crate now. When we call out "Crate time" he rushes to get inside and finds comfort and relaxation in his space. Monty had a couple of potty accidents but with the potty training guide we quickly helped him succeed in going outside! Just want to thank Michele and her team for providing us with this valuable resource we can always revisit. Highly recommend for all new puppy owners - do this in advance and you'll find yourself far better prepared for your little pup.

This is not the only training. I discovered many more and stop being such a helicopter parent doggie mama. This training was not for me it really actually made us all a little crazy
As a puppy parent I realize now not everything is black-and-white. I invested money we had a lot of trouble at the beginning in the puppy phase days. We all found Nicole‘s responses a very condescending and downright rude....To be honest some of the other members private messaged me to make me feel better

Karine I’m very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the training program we offer. As you said, not all trainers are the same. My program focuses on building a relationship with your dog, which takes work and patience. You were wise to sign up for the pro level of the course, which offers you the most support possible through the private Facebook group and 3 zoom calls a week. I see you were able to ask a few questions and received responses from me and the other certified trainers on my team.
It’s definitely your right not to follow the advice of the trainers and the protocols of the training course, but we don’t recommend it. We do not advise the use of an electric fence, as we discussed in your Facebook posts. Furthermore, we feel that the use of a crate is a critical piece in shaping the behavior of our puppies. We would have loved for you to take full advantage of the resources offered at the pro level, including joining us on zoom calls for more in-depth study of canine development, which could have aided you with the training of your puppy.
I’m sorry to hear that you have rehomed your puppy per your email you send us. The raising of a puppy and meeting all of his needs along with the needs of other humans and animals in our household can be overwhelming, as you stated in your email to me. Not all puppies are good for all households and we commend you on your decision to do what was best for the dog.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and with the other animals in your home.
