HPP Cares great guidance for ADU
HPP Cares was instrumental in guiding me through the ADU process including accessing the Cal HFA grant. I attended many webinars and gained access to advisors that helped set me up for success. We passed our final inspection this week, on time, on budget, compliant and ready to start generating rental income. They genuinely care about client success.
Grant Funding and processing.
I would like to take a moment to point out the efforts made by Genesis Rivera. She has been extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions without hesitation. Funding request have been much easier and moving our project forward seamlessly. The communication from Genesis is remarkable and I'm truly thankful that she has made our dreams come true.
