Dr. Aaron is a hero
My work was causing problems over my doctors note this last doctors note. Dr. Aaron wrote my work an email saving me from a temporary layoff and also putting the HR at my work in their place. I could not recommend this place enough, the staff and doctors are amazing!

Forever Grateful That This Service Exists... 🙏
I was in a terrible place mentally when I realized I would need time off of work to get well. My local Healthcare system is overworked and getting in to see someone takes months, and I would still be gambling on getting a provider that understood my issues and supported my need for leave. HealthSource Medical removed all of those frustrations and the anxiety I felt building up because of what seemed like a hopeless situation. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Sally Sartin, someone who was patient and empathetic to my needs. She certified my FMLA/STD paperwork and I was approved for both. It has been very easy on me and made this whole process so much better for my mental health. I have not had to ask for recertifications or updates for my STD claim yet, but I feel confident that she will take good care of whatever I may need (potentially having to pay a smaller followup appointment fee I think). For anyone looking to use a service like this, I can attest it is absolutely legit. My only advice is to try making it as painless on them as they do on you, be very thorough about answering intake questions about your condition(s), the full list of symptoms and severity, how it impacts your ability to perform your job, etc. And if you put a payment method on file, be prepared for it to get charged the remainder of the cost of service automatically after your appointment. Be well, and I wish you all a thorough recovery.

I have used this resource multiple times this year. Dr. Sartin is awesome. When needed she gives me encouragement and helps when documentation is needed for my employer. I have had a rough year this year and Dr. Sartin has helped me with encouraging words and just being an overall kind and attentive physician.

Professional and super helpful service
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sally Sartin and her team at HealthSource Medical Associates. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Sally, Cindy Perez, and the rest of the staff. My wife and I needed a Certificate of Good Health for a tourist visa, and they delivered on two occasions without any issues. HealthSource Medical Associates has always been available, whether I reached out through their website, email, or phone. They have consistently been helpful and eager to assist with any questions I had. Dr. Sally was very accommodating and punctual, which I truly appreciated. I definitely plan to use their services again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend HealthSource Medical Associates 100%!

These people are amazing! At my time of stress and anxiety I was able to count on them to help me get covered with my job and still provide for my special needs children. They listen and they are so patient oriented. They are doing the lords work! I am so grateful for you guys

Wonderful Experience
This was one of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. I plan to continue working with Dr. Sally Sartin for time to come. The staff is very attentive and quick to getting back with you and the doctor actually listened and valued my concerns which means the world to me. There has been a delay in receiving the paperwork I was told would be sent within three days, based on the doctor’s guidance. I’ve completed both payments, and I want to acknowledge that my initial appointment was handled with care and compassion, which I truly appreciated. Update: I received my paperwork. It appears paper work is usually sent around Friday.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sartin. From the beginning, the appointment process was smooth and efficient.
