HTVRONT is a very deceiving company, they have started a kickstart program to fund their heat press with big promises and a bunch of lies !!
There is little to no support and they block your feedback on Facebook .
People who have paid their machines upfront with the guarantee that their machines would be delivered are still waiting and delivery keeps in changing to a later date (now being mid November ) excuses vary.
One can get a heat press from eBay or Amazon delivered within 1 day , yet those who lid for their machines in august are still waiting for 2 months !! You have lost all my future business due to this experience .
You don’t reply anywhere.
I have emailed, online chat and on messenger.
Please fix your customer service. You have a good product but really bad service.
I need you to fix my issue ASAP or I will find another company
They are awful. They created a kickstarter for their heat press and now they aren’t delivering the heat press to the backers from the kickstarter, instead they are selling the heat press for a higher price on their website and a couple others and delivering those within a few days. This is cheating tons of people.
They are selling their new auto heat press on multiple sites and shipping them to those customers, but are delaying shipments to kickstarter backers who paid months in advance, in order to fill those orders from other sites. Bad and unethical company.
HTV is advertising £20 lucky box: random gifts WITH your order. You have to spend over £39 in order to receive the free gifts. I made two orders in which I spent the threshold amount and added the lucky boxes on but I have not received any free gifts, special offers, any free vinyl etc.
I'm disappointed. Thought I would be using HTVront from now on but it's been nothing but trouble.
I had to chase all orders to find out about tracking as the emails sent out didn't include tracking info.
Half of the items received were very poorly packaged and a few of them were dirty.
It's a shame.
I just received my 10 x 10 heat press from HTVRont and I am thrilled!! The digital display is easy so understand and use
The price was amazing and the machine is very pretty!
I received my cricut for Christmas and discovered my regular iron wasn't quite doing the job so I got this press and WOW!!!!! I love it!!!!!

Best vinyl to date! I run a small business from home, and I use htvtont for all my supplies! My last order came super quick. We had one damaged item but once I contacted support it was resolved.
HTVRONT vinyl is best by far. I have told so many people that are interested in vinyl about HTVRONT, they tell me I should be a spokesperson. Great prices as well.
