I placed a large expensive order but one item was ordered incorrectly so I instantly messaged them and they said it would be sorted but then received another email saying it had already been packed (but not despatched) so they said to return it when it arrived. Tried returning it and they said I can’t! There reasoning is try it as I may like it anyway!!!!!!! Now stuck with an £80 item that is useless!!! I will be avoiding this company at all costs. Such a shame as I have used them before and the quality of the htv was good just their customer service is appalling!
This company is a scam. Any website with no US phone number is a scam. Bought their auto press and that thing kept stripping my electricity. Try to contact them, but there isn’t a phone number, so I contacted them through Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. No answer at all. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from this company.
Having to call my cc to dispute and file BBB bc I was sent a faulty press and customer service is jacking me around. Why would i want to exchange if it wasnt ok? Thats so stupid.Take a look at their BBB profile rating. "F"

Avoid if possible. I received the wrong vinyl and have sent many email to get it corrected. The customer support was not helpful and will not give me a refund. A coupon was offered but as I don’t really want to buy from them again I am not going to use it.
Edit: This company came through finally with replacing all of the missing items from my order. It took a long time and lots of work on my part. But it did get taken care of.
I ordered 15 rolls of vinyl. They sent it in a bubble envelope which was opened, as it could not handle the weight, when I received it. There were 5 rolls of vinyl missing with no packing slip or receipt. I have been trying to get my missing items for 2 weeks now and feel like I am just banging my head on the wall. They do not respond to emails. If they do it is with one question then when you respond they do not. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. You cannot get ahold of anyone to help even through their chat if you wait til midnight our time. I never received an order confirmation or any information on shipping. Stay away! If they mess up you are stuck!
Ordered transparent sticker vinyl but was sent translucent. Contacted the company and they asked for a photo of the bar code. Description on bar code said transparent so they said it must be right. I then sent a photo of the packaging showing it said translucent and was different to the picture in my order. They then asked me to open packaging to check the contents. As this product should not be exposed to air for more than a minute it’s not possible to check until you use it. I’ve chalked this up to experience and will most definitely not use them again. If I could give no stars I would have!
I LOVE this stuff!! So very easy to work with!! Definitely high quality material, crazy easy to cut with my HTVRONT Auto Heat Press (I choose HTV everyday vinyl on my settings to cut) and peels so very easy for weeding. I have washed my shirts and dried them in the dryer and the vinyl hasn't been affected at all. It's been probably 6 months or more since my daughter and I made our shirts and we're pretty rough on them, but this vinyl stands up just fine. I love that the colors shift so beautifully even after this long!!
I wanted to make a Bluey shirt for my granddaughter. It cut perfectly and weeded easily so I just peeled it off and placed it on the shirt. Covered in butcher paper and pressed. The color didn't change at all during pressing like it does with other HTV. And, I love that this one stretches so you don't need to worry about it cracking. Best of all was the sheer joy on my grandchild's face when she saw her shirt!
I placed an order of about 200 dollars worth of vinyl and other items, received a tracking number and when items arrived, I received a completely different item. I went from ordering vinyl to receiving 2 collapsible bins??? I have tried numerous times to contact customer service which is a joke! I have tried Facebook messenger, e-mail and even tried calling the contact number on the website which when I called it says the number is not in service. I have tried the chat numerous times and now it says they are offline!!! I will try again to see if they resolve their error and get me my correct items before I file a complaint for fraud.
I have been trying to find a new company to buy htv from. Thought this was going to be it. Vinyl was cheap and came quick. However I had issues with two of the htvs I received not weeding right and basically flaking and the clear transfer film was even stained the color of the vinyl. As if they had been sitting for a long time and are old. Then I noticed one of the colors wasn't the color I ordered. I checked the packaging and sure enough it says sky blue and I ordered light blue which looked like a bright turquoise. I sent photos of the vinyl I got and the sku. And you can clearly see the color is wrong and that the sku even says sky blue. But their response is the sku is the correct number. Well, someone must have messed up the sku numbers then, which no biggie, people make mistakes. But instead of owning up to it and correcting said mistake they are doing nothing for me. I would have still continued to order from this company if they would just take care of the errors in my order, but since they won't I will just dispute the charge on my card and order elsewhere.

This is actually the second one I've ordered from the company. The first one arrived smashed to pieces with the the power cord flapping about where the casing around it was broken and non-existent.
I decided to give them another try. This one arrived intact, but when I tried to press a few things on it, it wouldn't transfer anything properly. Little to no pressure (that seemed to change every time), was only getting hot at the very back - no heat to the edges so items were appearing with massive blanks spots. Absolute rubbish. And the top heat platen is bowed.
I tried to instigate a return, they would not acknowledge the word "return" telling me I was just giving them 'feedback'. They asked me to send a video, they told me they could not open it. I sent photos, they just told me 'thanks for the feedback' and that they 'needed to speak to their supplier and show them the issues with the quality'.
Your supply chain is not my issue, your faulty product which I have purchased through the distance selling act is!
Now having to pursue a refund through my bank.
Dreadful company operating illegally. Avoid.
This vinyl is far better than I expected!!!! I never thought it would be soooooo excellent since the picture is a little ... weird! But it comes wonderful and excellent!!!! OMG!!! Don't miss this adhesive vinyl! It's very feeling like future colors! And the color will change under the light!!!! WOW!!!! Will buy more!!!
The cooling fan motor is going out after only having the press for one month. I received it 2/12/23 and the motor started making extremely loud noises 3/14/23 and does not quit unless you pound on the top “arm” multiple times.
You absolutely cannot contact this company with any sort of ease. No phone answering practices. All I ever get is “The Google Number Subscriber is not answering at this time” or something like that.
You can “chat” but it fills out an email form to which no one responds. I really wanted to like this press. I wish I could attach the loud ass video.

I purchased an auto heat press from this company, and aesthetically, it looks great, but it really is style over substance. The pressure is not good enough even to press vinyl and because the pressure cannot be adjusted manually, it means it's completely useless. I bought this machine for pressing dye sublimation and htv, and it doesn't perform well with either. Their customer service is shocking, and they seem very reluctant to do anything about my return. All I want to do is send this item back, so that I can buy a machine that actually works, but instead I just got this reply

For these problems, I will contact the person in charge of the factory, and I will reply to you as soon as there is a solution.

On 06/11/2022 I’ve ordered a Heat Press Machine on their website.
First they gave me a tracking number saying it was shipped by Whistl when in fact it was Evri. When after over 2 weeks I’ve contacted Evri they said that parcel is lost and suggested to contact the seller. I’ve sent several emails trying to find out what’s going on with my parcel but I’ve never received any response.
Avoid them at all cost because if you not lucky and something goes wrong you will never see your goods or money again.

Along with others that have reviewed, I also purchased my auto heat press in the presale however had to harrass to get mine. We'll low and behold, only did approximately 8 presses and it's stopped working 🤬 email after email videos of the machine and still nothing. Have tried to message... nothing...along with others I'm now going to have to take through Fair trading to get something done. Obviously this is a massive fail and they are ignoring complaints. Please do not buy from this company
I bought my 2 White Heat Press back in Aug with the promised ship date of Oct. 20th. They are now claiming that they are out of stock of the White and if I want the blue it will take another 3 weeks to deliver them to me! This is the most unprofessional company and they are now telling me I can not have a refund. I am currently filing fraud with my credit card regarding this purchase. If you want to get your HTVRont Press the only way to get it is on Amazon! Had I know that I would have never pre-ordered with the company.
unethical company that refuses to communicate with their customers
I’m coming here to echo what others are saying about the heat press pre-orders and making the customers who have pre-ordered right from their website wait indefinitely while they are shipping their inventory into Amazon and others can order and get their item within three days. They refuse to respond to emails and chats and I have emailed asking them to cancel my pre-order several times and have explained my reasoning and being able to order it directly from Amazon and get it more quickly and they refuse to respond to any communications or refund me. I would be worried about having issues with this machine now and not having any support from this company since they are obviously unethical.
I will be filing a charge back.
I ordered a heat press on preorder and the shipping date continuously gets delayed; however, people are ordering on Amazon and receiving their product within 3 days. I have reached out to the company to no avail. This is very disappointing. I will never purchase from this company again.
