Sadly my experience is similar to others who have ordered the heat press
I like the others who have given 1 star reviews on this page ordered the auto heat press. This is actually the second one I've ordered from the company. The first one arrived smashed to pieces with the the power cord flapping about where the casing around it was broken and non-existent. I decided to give them another try. This one arrived intact, but when I tried to press a few things on it, it wouldn't transfer anything properly. Little to no pressure (that seemed to change every time), was only getting hot at the very back - no heat to the edges so items were appearing with massive blanks spots. Absolute rubbish. And the top heat platen is bowed. I tried to instigate a return, they would not acknowledge the word "return" telling me I was just giving them 'feedback'. They asked me to send a video, they told me they could not open it. I sent photos, they just told me 'thanks for the feedback' and that they 'needed to speak to their supplier and show them the issues with the quality'. Your supply chain is not my issue, your faulty product which I have purchased through the distance selling act is! Now having to pursue a refund through my bank. Dreadful company operating illegally. Avoid.
