Stay away!
Edit: This company came through finally with replacing all of the missing items from my order. It took a long time and lots of work on my part. But it did get taken care of. I ordered 15 rolls of vinyl. They sent it in a bubble envelope which was opened, as it could not handle the weight, when I received it. There were 5 rolls of vinyl missing with no packing slip or receipt. I have been trying to get my missing items for 2 weeks now and feel like I am just banging my head on the wall. They do not respond to emails. If they do it is with one question then when you respond they do not. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. You cannot get ahold of anyone to help even through their chat if you wait til midnight our time. I never received an order confirmation or any information on shipping. Stay away! If they mess up you are stuck!
