I have tried to cancel this account

I have tried to cancel this account. I have been billed for a Premium membership since June. On the 20th of June, 2025, I was sent an email from Humva about my account expiring, so I figured it would just end. But, it didn't! I was billed the same amount every month. I tried several times to contact for cancellation but I never got through to them. This continued to repeatedly happen for the rest of the year! Today is December 30, 2025. I got an email from Humva saying that they were closing business and only refunding people paid through to January 6, 2026. Unfortunately I may not get any money from Humva. I will revisit Trust pilot later for an update on my progress. NANETTE January 3, 2026 HUMVA returned $18 to my bank. Oh well...

HUMVA Review: A Complete Waste of Time and Money

HUMVA Review: A Complete Waste of Time and Money Let me save you the trouble: HUMVA is an overpriced disappointment. I gave it a shot, hoping for innovation. What I got was laggy processing, awkward avatars, robotic lip-syncing, and a UI that feels like it was designed as an afterthought. The final output? Cringe-worthy at best. Kung boses ang puhunan mo, don’t risk it with this platform. It’s not ready for serious creators, businesses, or anyone who values quality and credibility. The promise of humanized AI avatars? False advertising. The platform feels like a beta project trying to charge premium rates. The features are basic, support is slow, and the render times are ridiculous. Honestly, you'd be better off animating your video frame-by-frame in MS Paint. If you're serious about creating powerful, professional-grade AI avatar content, ditch HUMVA and use JOGG AI or HeyGen. JOGG AI is on another level—realistic expressions, customizable styles, smooth voice sync. HeyGen delivers quality and consistency that HUMVA can’t even touch. Bottom line: HUMVA isn’t just underwhelming—it’s a creative setback. Don’t waste your budget. Don’t waste your time.
