Not only was there great shipping and simple to find and order the item but when I received it I knew right away that this was something great. Tried it out and was instantly pleased and bought 2 more.

great looking and performs excelent
I really wanted to like and support a U.S based company with U.S assembled items. I bought and installed this on my wife's M&P and she loved it, the dot is clearer than the previous dot and it holds zero flawlessly, even after 600 rounds.
I had a poor experience due to weird…
I had a poor experience due to weird circumstances. shipping took weeks due to an error with my computer messing up my address. I could not get a live person at UPS to get it corrected, when the mount did show up, I had a fitment issue that I was able to work around. Customer service was very pleasant and made effort to get things corrected but just missed the bullseye by a tiny bit. I have two Mercury's and a Saturn - the sights work fine and overall, I'm happy with the products and I do recommend them.
When it initially arrived
When it initially arrived. It didn’t have a battery, mounting screws, owner’s manual in the box. Customer service was very responsive and corrected it. I bought an aftermarket RMR mount since it didn’t come with one and now the Mercury sits atop of my new IWI TS12. It’s a great optic and so far it is holding zero. The price is aslmost the same as a Vortex that does come with a picatinny mount, so maybe instead of the fancy plastic box that probably won’t be used for anything else, maybe Cosmic could include a quality picatinny mount for those that want to use it on something other than a pistol. Thanks again!
Green dot accessorie…
I was put on a waiting list so it took a few weeks for delivery. Cosmic emailed and kept me updated on arrival. It's easy to use with great instructions. The green dot is clear and easy to see in different light conditions. I like that it's made in the USA and the price was very competitive.
Can not get it to turn on
Can not get it to turn on, even replaced the battery and still nothing, sounds great in the advertising but just total pain in reality. This is a do not buy...

I had several questions for customer service regarding the Saturn prism scope and the Mercury reflex sight, and they were very responsive and helpful. Customer service has been great. As far as the product, both the prism scope and the reflex sight are built very well. I did learn that if you mount the reflex sight to the top of the prism scope, you aren’t able to unscrew the scope adjustment screw cap all the way off without hitting the bottom of the reflex sight. So I had to remove the reflex sight, sight in the Saturn scope, then remount the reflex sight in order to sight it in. The eye relief on the Saturn is definitely the 2.05” as advertised. That isn’t ideal for me personally, however in the case where I am running the reflex sight with the prism scope, any quick reaction firing would likely be done with the reflex sight, so I can deal with the eye relief. Products look slick for sure.
