Ordered a battery charger to replace the one that gave up after years of use. From the order sent and payment they kept you informed when it was dispatched and when it was going to be delivered , it was delivered on the date they gave so couldn't fault them at all.

When the blade guide snapped in half I was really disappointed but Hychika agreed to replace the entire saw without any fuss. 6 stars for customer service and will be really happy to be able to use saw again.

i ordered an air compressor from them via amazon,it came fast,it had a small problem,i messaged their support and they replied fast,sent out the replacement part needed and also gave us a choice of tools as a gift as apology,which was really nice of them.Problem resolved and hubby is very happy with both air compressor which is fabulous and quiet and the metal/wood hole cutter.I always give a company a chance to put right and they did.

Excellent product, fantastic value for money and excellent customer support.. Used for cutting through installed planks of engineered oak flooring which needed to be removed and was the perfect tool for the job.
