I originally received a bottle with a manufacturer defect on the seal. I am updating from a 1 star review, because Kristina was awesome and fixed the mistake promptly. She sent me a new bottle free of charge, including shipping. I hope she is recognized for her awesome customer service and I look forward to using my new Hydroh bottle. Mistakes happen, but the company rectified it. What more can you ask for?
I have recently purchased a hydroh bottle. I was finding it difficult to understand all the details when setting the bottle up. The customer service staff were very helpful after I asked for a step by step guide to make sure I completely understood what I needed to do. The guide is extremely detailed and very useful so I can remind of the sequence. I found the information in the booklet was a bit basic and left me with more questions! I'm really impressed with this bottle, and, as of today, the company as well. The water seems to be helping with IBS. I was sceptical at first, but decided to try it out. Within only a few weeks, I feel as though things are improving. Then I broke the bottle, by being a clumsy numpty. I contacted the company to ask if I can purchase the glass 'bit.' Their response has been amazing, and I can honestly say that I'm glad I bought from them.
I have had my hydro bottles for a few months, but I started using them consistently last month. I do feel that my energy is increased, I have less inflammation, and I am motivated to drink more water because it seems to taste more refreshing. The company has a highly responsive, warm and professional customer service team to respond to any concerns or questions. This is extremely important to me, and they have earned my trust accordingly.
I have absolutely loved my hydroh bottle and noticed a big improvement in inflammation in all areas of my body. My rings are loose and joints feel so much better. I regrettably dropped my bottle on a concrete road and will definitely replace it. Customer service has been amazing. Thank you, Jacquie
I bought my first hydrogen bottle last year thru Temu with the trademark Hydroh and helped me a lot in my kidneys GFR and lower my creatinine numbers. Luckily the bottle was broken by accident and have to again order another one from Temu but it came not a Hydroh brand and it doesn’t work like the Hydroh. I did order direct from Hydroh from their advertising department with promo of 2 hydrogen bottles and it came with a quick service delivery. Luckily again one of the bottle broke by accident but the other one is there where my wife is using it so we have to share making our hydrogen water in one bottle. Thanks for the replacement bottle that you so I can use again the existing generator and my own when we go back to Calgary. I highly recommend the Hydrobottle...My bottle was leaking a little and then it cracked. I wrote to the company. They have excellent customer service! They sent me a replacement right away without question. I have stage two chronic kidney disease and I also get many kidney stones (9 surgeries in the past 10 years). The very next day after drinking my hyrdo water I felt so much better! I didn't feel bloating or pain. I am so happy I found this company and this bottle. They don't have a phone number but they get back to you right away through email. I've been doing much research and also talked to my doctor about drinking hydrogen water. It's not just good for your kidneys. It's good for inflammation and many other things. I highly recommend drinking it and getting the bottle from this company. Thanks so much, Hydrobottle!
I ordered 2 Hydroh bottles for me and the wife. After waiting 2 months i put a comment on social media about not receiving my order thinking it was a scam. I immediatley received a reply from Hydroh and was resent the order which arrived within 2 weeks. I can not thank them enough, there customer service is excelent. P.S the product is brilliant.
Just got my bottles and of course had some beginner questions sent an email to them and got a quick reply and a very detailed explanation on how to use these. Had more beginner questions again sent email got another polite response and my questions were all answered clearly so I could understand. Their customer service is beyond great I am so impressed and grateful. My nephrologist is anxious to see if this helps me he was all on board. GREAT COMPANY
I want to thank everyone on the Hydro team that help expedite a request I had regarding the shipping of my 2nd Hydro bottle. My request was addressed immediately after i reached out for a change to my order specifics. I figured like 95% of the other companies I have dealt with I wouldn’t hear back until several attempts were made on my end later but I was wrong. It was handled within 48 hours.
