Waist of time to work here

They think themselves as professionals, just for there own sake they make new laws on daily basis. Laws: L1 250Rs will be deducted from your salary if you come just 1 mint late L2 350 Rs more than 3min to 10 min L3 Half day deduction =<15min They give you 32000 basic and 8000 bonus but when you will on leave or absent than they make deduction from basic salary and other deduction from bonus, they give you double punishment. So if you have 2 absenties HR will deduct from basic 32000 (1200 for each absentee=2400) And chinese team will get more than it from bonus on the basis of kpi sheet they make. Even they deduct the salary from a security guards but donot give them overtime like security guards work from 6Am to 8pm. They have fixed dozens of cameras over your head and all over in a building but they will check your bag when you will leave the gate, ( totally insane thinking) insulting behavior, it's not lookslike office from any side. After 4 month your probation period is over and your salary will be just 32000 and your bonus will be finished now they wants from you to make sale of 4500$ atleast so you will be eligible for this bonus, and next month 6000, and it will goes on. They give you a choice to use there or your own laptop, if you would choose to use there laptop than it will charge you 2500Rs / month till it reach 60000Rs. which they claim they will return at the time of resigning , but at the time of resigning they don't treat you like that they blaim you have weaken battery etc So if you work for 5 months so instead of giving you 12500 ,they will return you less than yours required amount. They will told you battery price is 8000 so they will show you mAH If battery is half wear than they will deduct 4000 Rs and will blame you have weaken battery and if you want them to give me the old battery, they will say it's going as a scrap , I told them I will use this battery for my own laptop give me it because you already deducted it's charges and it means for the new coming employee who will use this laptop will have new battery but they were lier so they didn't give me it. One more insulting behavior with employees is that they don't give you salary in your bank account even at this era everyone has atleast microfinance bank account (sadapay, jazzcash, e paisa etc) but they will give it to you by hand standing in a row waiting for your turn.They treat you like a slave with no respect. If you have an health issue like a viral flu with temperature and you can't travel than forget about that you can work from home as a paid they allow you to work from home as unpaid but if you demand it as a paid they say no even after working for 5 months and you are almost aware of work. If you work in this company forget about raining, Health issues and traffic completely, because they don't admit these facts so you have to be on time always, ( if you work for them 10hours they will never mention it but if you come just a minute late they will have an issue than) They should change there name from hyperfuture to wiper deduction future. This name suits well. I know they will report the review as usual to hide there reality but it will not work. Before this I had worked in 4 companies but didn't find any sh+it like in this company
