This is my 4th pair I have received from Hype Unique. This time - a pair of Off-Whites. The biggest grip isnt the quality of the shoe - its literally the logistics. The packages are dropped of at a facility, then have to await a flight to be placed on. It seems like once the package is in the US it moves pretty quickly. Uni isnt the best about updating the tracking, but just check it daily. Logistics aside though - the HU team is incredibly responsive, professional, kind, helpful and the shoes are TOP QUALITY! Salute to HU!

No shoes no refund been two months
I ordered two pairs of shoes from them. I kept checking and only one pair had shipped a week later I ask customer service about the other pair and they told me they were out of stock to pick another pair. It's funny they never said anything. I picked three pairs and was told they switched to find out weeks later they didn't have them. It's been over two months and still haven't received my refund I argued to get like they was just gonna keep my money lol. Then it takes a month to get it the said something about two banks. I don't know other sites are way better
