This was my 4th purchase off the site. I felt like they were kind of shady, but I always got my shoes. This last order though has been crazy. Some people might say it’s the shipper that my beef is with, well if I run a company I am responsible to pick good shipping agencies to get my products to my customers so it’s 50/50. Anyways my shoes shipped 10 days ago and have been in the states 4 or more days, and I can’t figure out where they actually are. I’ve never waited this long for kicks from “HU”, but their customer support keeps telling me to be patient. I paid 25$ for shipping I think that entitles me to some answers. The order # is 1093068 if anyone from HU can tell me anything more.
Much like you, I was suspicious at first (like for any website), but I promise you it’s absolutely worth it. The customer service through WhatsApp was quick and friendly, and they answered all of my questions. The shoes themselves looked as if they were straight from SNKRS, and feel great. I absolutely recommend this! Looking forward to buying again.
Got 8 pairs Jordan 4’s from hypeunique some took 2 weeks to get to Canada some took a month some took just over a month
but they are really nice shoes almost can’t tell they are reps.
Most pairs where perfect some come with placement reference pen makes but they wiped right off.
black Jordan 4’s came with white hard glue on the inside of the shoe, along with imperfections in the material inside the shoe.
149$ usd (Jordan 4’s kaws grey )came with black dye on the side of them that didn’t come out had a problem with them not wanting to send a new pair , offered for me to pay 78$ usd an they would only replace one pair outta the 2 said shipping cost was high! ( & there shoes are ((((top notch!))) if you see other reviews saying that probably fake reviews ! an the little defect didn’t matter! So they wanted to give me 15$ off a new pair. Wanted me to pay to ship them back to china, if I wasn’t satisfied with the product!…..
so I would lose out on the shipping I already payed to pay to ship it back to get my money back less all the shipping (BIG Problem )

The price of the shoes and everything was affordable, they reply very fast and the customer service was very good, the shipping was 7 days as expected, and the most important the shoes where fantastic, no sticking errors, true leather, true to size and very comfortable!!😀

For those who want reps that look extremely similar to either resell or wear for yourselves, this brand is the one. Only thing negative was the box was bruised up, luckily the shoes were still very much intact untouched thanks to a second box inside. But other then that the shoes I ordered looked identical to the ones inside official nike displays and even feels the same.

My son plays elite AAU basketball on the circuit, and he claims that the Kobe 2025 EYBL’s performance, by HypeUnique, is excellent. The box and wrapping are also stellar. Shipping was the only issue, but they were highly communicative throughout the entire process. Needless to say, if you are buying the Kobe 5’s from them, go up 1/2 size to a full size, especially if you have padded socks.
