I haven't truly used this program yet, although it seems to be all encompassing and able to reach every aspect of those who struggle with the many issues related to weight gain and stress.

That is the most relaxed I’ve been in longer than I can remember. I drink to dull down the stress and pressure being put on me. This hypnosis puts me in that relaxed state where alcohol isn’t a concern
