Site is easy to navigate and understand, only issue I had is that there were too many requests to increase the package. I’d prefer if companies would make these offers only after I’ve had an opportunity to try out the initial product.

I used the weight loss hypnosis sessions and I did lose about 8 pounds so far. I can see it in my face and my belly isn’t as bloated. I’m no longer craving sweets and I don’t feel the urge to snack or overeat. I used to be a daily ice cream eater. Not anymore!

I cannot listen to even the first session. The little mouth noises are infuriating. I don’t think I even got a minute in before I felt like running far far far away to punch every stranger…. (I don’t and didn’t punch anyone, but it stimulated my worst instincts) I’ll stay fat forever, before listening to this again.

I feel the sessions are all long and it is unclear which to do when, where to start and the personal coach program is just an ai tool called Ozio. What help is that supposed to give you if it only gives suggestions?
