Booking through IBookaCar.com was quick…
Booking through IBookaCar.com was quick and surprisingly simple. The option were clearly laid out, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. It's a convenient choice when you want car rentals without the usual stress.
Fast, convenient, and hassle-free.
I was looking for a car for a weekend trip, I wanted something compact but with an automatic transmission. The site immediately offered several options at different prices and with different rental conditions, the filters work perfectly, you can sort them by price, car brand, box type, and even by the rating of the rental company. It took just a couple of minutes to register and place an order, and I didn't notice any hidden fees at this stage. The payment was completed without any problems, and the payment was confirmed immediately. I particularly liked that after booking, I receive a detailed letter with information: the receiving address, company contacts, insurance conditions, and return time. This is really convenient, especially if you plan your trip in advance and want to keep everything under control. When I arrived to receive the car, there were no surprises. The car fully corresponded to the description: clean, full tank, externally undamaged. The documents were processed quickly, the company employee gave all the necessary instructions, even drew attention to small nuances like adjusting the seats and mirrors. The car was driving perfectly, the fuel consumption was in line with the stated one, which pleasantly surprised me. The refund went just as smoothly, no lengthy checks or scratch disputes, everything was quick and without unnecessary questions. Sometimes I came across platforms where minor defects turn into a problem during delivery, but this was not the case here.
