Haven't yet used the car rental so that experience is yet to be seen, but as far as the booking process, it's great! Very fast process, very easy to find the car options with clear rates and clearly stating what that includes, multiple companies to choose from, and super easy and fast form to book it.
We ALWAYS use ibookacar for our overseas trips (from NZ). They are always extremely competitively priced, include all insurances, and the booking process is simple. Would thoroughly recommend them - at least give them a go for a quote. You'll not be disappointed.
