Their phone number works, but nobody ever answers it ! What’s the use of having a phone number to give help to people if nobody answers it , and that was the main reason I bought iCarsoft for their stated Support. You have to communicate by email and that takes a day or so to get a response back , so if you’re in a hurry and need help fast, you gotta wait and wait and wait. . Other than that, everything seems to be fine. You get good responses but way too much time to get a response.
After several years using both older handhelds and more modern CR BT Max in Porsche cars I needed Technical support and they were quick to respond and achieved the result 100%, the functionality, build quality and value is excellent.
Had a very difficult time understanding and getting through a software update. Reached out to Tech Support and received a timely response from Alex with several attachments that included clear instructions on how to work through it. Updated and ready to go in 30 minutes. Nice support!
Icarsoft provided a great customer service experience
I had several questions about my application (2018 Aprilia Tuono 1100V4) working with the MT V6 scanner. And each question was patiently answered by the support staff at Icarsoft. I probably even asked the same questions more than once. Also, the amount of cables and adaptors was very complete, they covered many brands and models. I did not receive any incentives, and I'm more than happy with my purchase. I have no complaints about their products or customer service that j received. Thank you Icarsoft.
Outstanding onboard diagnostics and control of your car
Outstanding device from a professionally run company, in my case MB4 from iCarSoft, putting the powers of a highly kitted mechanic in one’s palm. Extensive bi-directional control of the car’s computerized control systems. I only wish the screen and the manual were full size.

It is a very nice produce, that boots fast, and have a nice set of features.

This tool was worth the money I paid for it. My Son and I were able to diagnose and find solutions to repair his Mercedes. If I had to bring the car to the shop, the repair bill would be in the thousands. Great tool!
Bought the E660, had issues with it upon arrival, support team was very helpful with giving me answers and steps to take to get it back to working condition, turned out it was a faulty sd card, once I had a new sd card in it and updated the software i was able to do everything I wanted, price of the tool is amazing and the functions are everything needed for diy services, support team was very very good, only downside is they would only get back to me once a day at the end of the business hours but other than that I cant ask for more
I Purchased the MB4.0 and added vw and Porsche as the other 2 vehicles.
The unit works great and immediately showed me 2 failures in my car that did not trigger a check engine light and i was not even aware of the faults. Was able to fix and it cleared both faults .
As for the VW and Porsche i did not have a chance to use them yet but i am sure it will act like it did on my Benz.

This is a great tool, even for me who is mechanical but not a mechanic. It allows me, for my Mercedes to decide whether t attempt a repair or go to a shop. It was delivered promptly, easy to use, updates are simple and a very good purchase.
I own a Moto Guzzi V85TT and resetting the schedule service "wrench" on the LCD requires a visit to the dealer and that was a pain so I looked for a scanner tool that would do it and Icarsoft offered just what I needed. In fact the unit I bought has all the cables so about every motorcycle. The unit already paid for itself as my Son and I bought have Moto Guzzis and reset the service on both bikes. Next project will be the ABS brake flush and this tool has this utility too and a whole lot more!
The MB 4.0 works wonderfully. I also downloaded the two additional vehicle groups. I love the lifetime updates. Shipping was fast and communication was excellent. I plan on buying others as I need them.
