Generous cut

Package Never Arrived
Package marked delivered, and never arrived. I called USPS and waited 3 days and it’s lost. Emailed them about the issue and Bryan Davis from customer service told me to file a police report against USPS over $25 of fabric. Did not offer refund or replacement even though shipping is the risk of the seller, not the buyer.

I was shopping for fabric for a very special occasion gown, and came across the Ice Fabric website. The website is very user-friendly and the fabric presentation is accurate. I purchased crushed velvet in teal, and I am thrilled with both the quality of the fabric and the color. Buying fabric online can be a risky venture, but I absolutely will order from Ice Fabric in the future. Reasonable prices, quality fabric, and expedient shipping - I can't ask for anything more!
