Reece Lawson and Ideal Tax Co.
I have been working with Reece Lawson for the past 7 months, many of those months my finances changed and he always adjusts my payment to what I can afford. He is always accommodating to my circumstance & reminds me that he was there to help me and not add more stress. It's a pleasure to speak with him monthly and he is a fantastic representative for Ideal Tax Co. My taxes are getting completed and that's a relief. I don't deal with nasty IRS letters anymore, they have negotiated a huge reduction in what I owe in taxes. The load is off my shoulders. Everyone I have dealt with in this company has been friendly and professional.

Reece is very easy to work with, and has excellent customer service skills. I find each employee that I’ve encountered past or present to be easily available and very supportive in helping me solve my tax problems.
Reece from IdealTax is great. I've had a run of things bad going on and Reece help me to keep my payments going to the fullest. I/you can always count on Reece to be understanding. I'm dealing with my mom having had a Stroke and lost my head and not taking care of bills and other things. Reece helped me get on track and sent well wishes to my mom. Thank you Reece and IdealTax.

What made my experience great was that I wasn't ignored at all. My original case manager had to take some time off, so they reassigned me to Angela. She has been very helpful and has been very patient with me. I like working with this company to resolve my back taxes.
