Love the idea of ihire, I'm sure it was the employers not putting correct details, and it was only with one company. The job said completely remote when the company preferred you lived close. Which I'm in Alabama and they are in Washington.

The site is streamlined and easy to use for any hiring manager. I do ask that you include a way for us to report an individual as a no-show to interviews so we can help prevent unemployment fraud.

While the company line is that they make it clear you are signing up for a monthly subscription that will automatically renew each month (at the tune of $369.00), as an end user, I did not find that to be clear at all. Additionally, when it was discovered, after being charged for 2 months, and I canceled it at the beginning of the 3rd month, I was not refunded the cost of the posting, I was issued a "store credit". Insult to injury, our posting there, which was for a very specialized type of security position, did not yield a single candidate. When I spoke with a Customer Service Manager asking for the actual refund, they just kept touting the company line of "our policies are very clear". Then, to twist the knife, they followed up that unsatisfactory phone call by supposedly resending the original "refund" email sent at the beginning of the month, only it was NOT the original (I still have the original one). It was one they had doctored to add additional wording to make it seem like they had been clear about the "store credit".

Bad, wouldn't use again. I had a candidate apply overnight, and my account expired the same night. It wouldn't let me see any of the candidates that had applied to the job- ever! Bad business

Must create an account to search for anything. Once the account is created you are shoehorned through various screens where you must choose things that do not apply to your search. Once finally in the Job Search screen you can NOT look at salary or set a minimum without a premium account. Once actually looking at a Job listing you MUST have premium access to view anything other than the title and location. Salary? nope, hidden. Job requirements? Nope! HIDDEN. If you want to use this site at all to find any job with any information you MUST PAY FOR THE PREMIUM SERVICE. But don't worry, you won't know that until they have your information from your required account set up. This is not a site dedicated to helping nurses find employment. It is a sales funnel and doesn't even hide it (but only after you give them your information and create an account).
