I really like the cability to customize the workflow and the overall process of posting a job.
I wish there were ways to select multiple candidates and then move them to another stage of the workflow or disqualify.
Would like to see more skilled candidates to fill our roles!
I can not get an account set up to apply for this job. I entered a user name, email, and password???

Hi Cheryl - It looks like you've been able to get into iHire platform, but if you're still having trouble please reach out to our Customer Success Team at [email protected].
I used the 7 day trial and saw a couple jobs that weren't listed elsewhere but never turned into anything. I cancelled because 31$ a month is too much for what it offers imo. Then a month later I find out they're still charging me.

Keep your money, headache and stress away
Although there are jobs, you are REQUIRED to pay for premium membership in order to view anything about the job or apply. You are better to stay with indeed or zip recruiter. For about twenty dollars a month and someone who an extremely tight income there’s no room for additional spending.

Your coverage of available jobs was…very good
Your coverage of available jobs was tremendous. My only issue is that the companies looking to fill these positions use age as to much of a factor in their decisions. Its a shame when i see a position that fits me perfectly and yet I am rejected saying they have filled it with another candidate then seeing the same add over and over for multiple days. Age discrimination is real and should not be tolerated.

Thank you for sharing your five-star review, Thomas! We hear you on the ageism concerns, which is why we've put together plenty of helpful resources on the topic. Check them out here: https://www.ihire.com/resourcecenter/jobseeker?q=ageism
We have been using ihire for a few years. We always get quality candidates from our postings. The system is very easy to use and track our candidates. We just filled 3 of our 4 postings with candidates from ihire.

It's Alright
There are too many versions it's confusing. iHire, iHireschooladministrators, iHireetc - just weird design.
It also resets my settings periodically to include daily emails. I don't need daily emails, I need once a week to not clog my inbox. Don't know why it resets.
Some postings are out of date/not real postings (or they get taken down real quick).
It works alright, I don't have a lot of problems with iHire, but it's not my favorite tool either.

Thank you for your feedback, Mark. Our different industry-specific talent communities are by design, and a main reason employers and job seekers come to us. We'd be happy to provide more clarity around them if you'd like - please give us a shout at [email protected]. We've also checked and it looks like your emails are set to a once weekly cadence. If you continue to experience issues, let us know!
Its a bit hard navigating around your system but the resources are great

i own a veterinary clinic, in our conversation they said that the minimum membership is 3 month and named the fee for it but the person I talked to made it sound very professionally that the fee would cover all 3 month,
You find out later that they charge you everymonth.
When I got access and start looking for candidates i noticed that a candiate that I know has moved out of stste 4 years ego and shows as active in my area and one more who has purchased his own clinic 3 years ago and most are retired or not been active for years.
But they have 4.2 rating how come?
because despite selling themselves as niche in your industry they made websites for over 50 different industries and it cost nothing as a job seeker to register but you as the hiring company being caned at least in my industry.

Hi Shawn - Thank you for voicing your concerns. It's challenging hiring veterinary professionals right now and many are not actively seeking new jobs. Your Hiring Success Strategist provided some insights on how to improve your chances of finding the right talent, and we hope you'll keep those in mind if you ever decide to try iHire again.
