Matt Davis was very responsive and patient with us through the order process, was delivered by date needed, and the shirts were nicely printed

Took 4 months order still isn't 100% complete, poor communication. Poor structure for atart to finish ( to many hoops to jump through to complete the order)

We always receive EXCELLENT customer service from Mel! Although our requirements can be challenging to manage, Mel is consistently supportive and goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Great overall experience
My sales rep, Matt Davis, was amazing to work with. We've ordered from Image Pointe many times before, but this most recent order was the best experience I've had. Great responsiveness, and the quality of our shirts is excellent. Great communication back and forth as we finalized the design and confirmed the options. Product was created and shipped quickly. We will continue to use Image Pointe for our union made in the USA clothing.

Quality of shirts are great!! Our members really like the comfort T's. Quick turnaround from approving mockups to delivery. Much better than other companies we have worked with.
