Ryan Mahoney is spot on when it comes to customer service. "Every" project he has handled for us has turned out perfect and on time. I look forward to see what more we can send to Image Pointe. Image Pointe production staff are aces in their craft.
Great experience with sales and customer service teams.
Easy to work with, creative ideas.
Beth Anna has been a wonderful to work with.
Working with Image Pointe is seamless from start to finish. Emails are always answered quickly, artwork is fantastic-whether it be an idea we give them or something they come up with for us. Orders are processed quickly and the finished product never disappoints. We have worked with other companies and there is no comparison.
What made my experience great was working with Melissa Schipper, she made it so easy to order and was very helpful and always available to answer my questions within a timely manner. She is very well informed and knows her job well!
Great customer service, top notch products and fast returns!
The shirts are great quality with thick/soft material and vibrant colors. They are also union made which makes it even better. We have received the Men's shirts first but I'm guessing the Women's shirts will be the same great quality as well.
Hats turned out better than i thought they would everyone liked them.
Our sales rep, Julie, is fantastic and so easy to work with! Always gets our artwork for approval to us quick and spot on every time!
Kenney and the Image Pointe team are great to work with! They always take great care of us. :)
I always receive the best customer service from Image Pointe. And Jim Widney is always there to help with all my orders and reorders.
Product was delivered on time and as promised
Excellent customer service. The turn around was quick and the quality was exceptional. We had so many members commenting on the quality and design of the shirts.
Ryan M was my first contact at Image Pointe, and he delivered on every level. He kept me updated; he listened to what we wanted and executed it perfectly! We will definitely be returning customers for years to come!
