Buying insurance with a menu. Add on riders what goes and what is not covered. I wish you could spell it out better. In some cases, make it all part of the bundle. For example, under baggage delay you offered more coverage on rental sports equipment. What happens if I rent it there and can't use it, what happens if my equipment breaks down.
