The price is right. Easy to book. Difficult to find information. Example: what are the requirements for pre-existing conditions waiver. If a tour operator cancels a departure and airline tickets were booked independently by the traveler, the tour operator is not respondable for penalities or refund of the ticket, is that financial loss covered under the policy? Very easy website to use and clear selections, good prices. Wonderful to be able to purchase online any time of day or night with a credit card and receive email with insurance documents right away.
I called Guy Rader in Sales and he was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions and answered all of them. He suggested various options for my situation and explained how to begin with my first expense amounts and add to the policy as I make additional payments to tour company and airlines, etc. Guy did such a good job!
