I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD at 12 and suffered majorly from it (I am 35 now). I’ve had to quit 2 jobs in 5 years due to my anxiety causing me health issues and carried a lot pain and guilt for isolating myself and not communicating with family or friends for extended periods of time I was officially classified as untreatable for depression/anxiety quite early on, but continued to try different medications as I was determined to save my mind. Once I hit 18, I started seeing numerous psychologists, therapists, doctors, had tons of medical scans, tests, and treatments completed, etc., but nothing seemed to work (and I wanted it to!) Because I am a believer in the Old Ways, I also tried various holistic treatments, including TMS, ketamine and shrooms, but nothing seemed to continue working after the first 3-6 months. Eventually I tried one antidepressant that helped my mind remain in a better place than it’s usual, but I would still crash and burn and end up in my bed for weeks at a time. I was taking 12 different medications and I hated that. Psychedelics have helped me with my health in the past, so I decided to try mushrooms once more. This time, I did massive research, found iMD, completed an assessment where I discussed my history in-depth with a real human and we realized I was not taking a high enough dose my first go-around. I’ve now been micro-dosing since July, 2025 and am down to only 4 medications (currently weaning off the 4th and the remaining 3 will follow in coming months.) I wake up every day ready to jump out of bed and have productive days. Sometimes I struggled with anxiety still for a while, but due to the healthy mood and productivity boost I had from micro-dosing, I had the time and energy to work towards my own healing and I was able to access the situation and alter my perception so I don’t get anxious from the triggers I used to experience. I always knew I would find an actual cure for me to rid myself of western medicine, but I never thought it would happen so quickly given past attempts. Every time I see a family member or close friend now, the first thing they say is “holy moly, you look and sound great!” …It’s an incredible feeling to be alive and full of pure joy. If you feel stuck and/or like there is nothing that will heal you or help you, reach out to these guys - it’s worth the shot and you’re worthy of the possibility!
