High Price and Poor Customer Service- Please Avoid
The cost of their water-quality instrumentation equipment is higher than usual. The customer service team is the worst. They don't respond for days. You will waste your time chasing them. When they respond, they are very rude, disrespectful, and have a terrible attitude. You will never feel like you are getting all the answers.
