As you know, asking for debt assistance is embarrassing and personally stressful. The staff I have had the pleasure of talking to did everything right when helping me. They were kind, patient and understanding. They never made me feel bad about my bad choices and they got me on a plan that will bring peace to my life. Over all it is a good service. I have have a few issues with your company. Had one of my accounts that was consolidated get took it off the program and wasn’t picked up for several months. And most recently had an account closed, but your company was still making payments to them.

They held my hand thru the process, and reduced high interest cards to 6.9% interest, set easy to afford monthly pmts and were available by phone, offered classes and education articles for sound financial well being.

They wouldn't keep you informed about your accounts and the payments

The best decision I made was to enter into their debt management program. It has been almost 4 years, and I can begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have added another card to the program, and I love to see that the debt will be taken care of faster than if I had continued paying the minimum payment. Okay they were good until I asked them Bankruptcy through there client area and then they shut off the autopay, this made me miss a payment on all bill and the creditor been blowing up my phone. I ask 3 people who work for Incharge if they are going to take the money out of my bank account automatically and each person said Yes. They never took money out and I missed a payment. Now I'm no longer with them.
