The e mail I received the first day was…
The e mail I received the first day was great. But when I have questions, there's no extension to contact the person I was told would be my connection for the first 30 days. The hours the contact person gave conflict with my hours, so I waited until Saturday and called during that time only to be told the business is closed. Meanwhile, I'm being contacted by my creditors saying my payment was missed and to immediately send a payment. I'm beginning to think I was scammed.
Got my due dates mixed up twice
So far waiting longer than 30 days they…
So far waiting longer than 30 days they have not settled any of my debts,, but took money out of my account and nothing yet,, I tried to talk to someone but cal backs terrible service

Clear communication and a solution to a problem I couldn't see a way out of. They have given me hope and a plan to get to a financially healthy place in a lot less time than I could figure out. The people I've spoken to have all been wonderful.
DID I GET SCAMMED???
I agreed to your plan early June, July Pmts for 5 creditors would be made by In Charge July 1st I would pay $99 service fee (1 time) and monthly pmt towards my 5 reditors. I paid you promptly as agreed I have never missed a pmt nor have a ever been late on any of my accounts. Now, through your service I am missing July pmts and I also am being honest lled late payments! I am LIVID!! Have I been scammed?? I expect immediate pmts to my creditors as per our contract and as I paid on the 1 st and so far you have breached your part of plan, I expect " In Charge" to cove all late fees, and make sure that I remain in the same GOOD STANDING on all credit reports BEFORE Paying $99 few to ruin my good name.

I applied in may to have this payment…
I applied in may to have this payment pulled on 6/19. The payment didn’t pull. I then called and was told they needed 2-5 business days and that I would get a call back. That call never took place. I then called again to be told I had to do new paper work, since 6/19 had passed. I then filled out new paperwork, and still, the payment was not pulled. I then called back and was told that I still needs to do new paperwork, which I refused. Because I had already done this two other times. At this point I asked to speak with someone to file a formal complaint. At that point I did receive a call from a manager who did her best and finally the payment was pulled. However, this entire episode put me behind on payments that I wasn’t otherwise behind on. It took up far too much time and was infuriating. Unfortunately, you all have a customer base that is desperate and in financial need. For that reason, it seems to me, that is company does not care at all about its customers or doing this in an efficient or professional manner. If this were any other type of business, you would have lost me as a customer. If this were my business I would ashamed.

Excellent mission, people, program
Excellent, efficient, fast, knowledgeable staff. Sierra is excellent and my primary contact, but the others are fabulous too and attend my needs fast and friendly! I am soooooo grateful for this company and the mission you gave and the people you choose. The on line education courses were actually very worthwhile! And enforce the work you are doing which is money education. Quite the contrary to society’s message: you “ deserve it so spend more and jeopardize your future self” My sincere appreciation!

The person I was in contact with made it very easy. She was extremely thorough and even answered a question in her email I had after the funds were secure.

Yet another company ruins UX for no reason
It was going ok, but then they overhauled the website, now I can't go in, click make a payment, and have a payment be made. And it says automatic payments are being cleared but my bank isn't showing them and my credit cards are not receiving the payments. Never doing anything with them ever again.

When had to move back to Maryland in a matter of days back in 2023 due to illness, I had use every bit of credit and cash advices that I had available. After 4 months I was unable to keep up with my minimum payments. Even though I was never late or missed any payments. I was advised by AARP to contact National Debt Relief for help, which lead me to In Charge Debt Solutions. The best financial decision that I could've made. They talked kindly to me, no judging, and offered a great 5 year plan to be Debt free. Taking my minimum payments of almost all interest to an affordable payment with almost no interest. It saved my financial life. After 2 1/2 years of payments and adding extra here and there, I have paid off 64% of my debt and am on the way to paying things off about a year early. The highest credit card interest rate was 27.99%. In charge negotiated it down to 1.9%. One card is actually at 0%. They offered tutorial classes on ways to improve my financial life. The representatives are very easy to talk to and the phone app is helpful and easy to understand. Which is great because I am old. I highly recommend their services. With their help I have been able to live more comfortably and with reduced stress. Thank you for the continuing assistance.
