Who is going to stop this company? It seems that they are actively fraudulent, and have scammed a multitude of people, and no agency is doing anything about it? It's about time a sting operation tracks them down, and raids them. So many scams. I don't even have a PayPal account and they claim I paid through PayPal. This company should not be allowed to advertise on IG or anywhere. So, again, does anyone know where this company is actually located? It needs to be shut down.

They never delivered and PayPal went along with it. Dragged out for 6 weeks. Robbers and theives. No actual proof of delivery was ever given. They said delivered and PayPal said ok. I don’t trust either company

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes they've arrived after 4wks. Totally useless. Sent wrong size. Quality is no good. The elastic that goes across is of that poor quality that there's no way you could walk in them as the shoe wouldn't stay on your foot. They've only just supplied the tracking number. I've requested the full address to return these items and to date still no response. Avoid at all costs. Scam company.

Utter rubbish company - do not use
Sent me something similar to what I ordered, but not the same, and it absolutely does not do what it claims. Now they want me to return it to China, though it was sent from Australia, and refuse to refund. They suggested I sell it on! Rubbish company, avoid at all costs. I'm opening a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Do not use this company. They are a scam and fraudulent company. First they will charge a sales tax regardless of what State you live in. First red flag. Second, they will provide bogus tracking (they were first indicating that this was coming from Italy). After round and round with PP a new tracking came out and it originated in China (surprise!). Many attempts to communicate via chat and email and the company was non responsive. Pay Pal needs to stop authorizing payment to this company. Got my money back through my bank but it still stinks that this company is still ripping people off.

Please do not use this company via any website. In an email exchange I was eventually advised that to comply with the company's return policy there are two conditions. Return the original package with tracking number and the picture of the returned package (show the return address). Once received the package is checked if the product is in good condition then they say they will refund. Returns get sent to: No. 19, 2nd Road, Headquarters, Songshan Lake Park, Dongguan City, GUANGDONG Province, China - this costs half as much as the goods did in the first place and there is still no guarantee that they will will receive it and accept your return for a refund - not a UK website, not a UK company, not a UK address, quality is rubbish, attitude is rubbish - THIS IS JUST A SCAM - buy from them at your peril.

I doubt if these people actually read their reviews but I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered two bras from them via Facebook ( I should know better). I have to say the bras are a very good quality, but they sent me the wrong sizes and they were refused to correct it so I’m stuck with two bras that I cannot wear. You communicate with them through a type of texting back-and-forth and they are slow in responding, but nevertheless, I have merchandise that I cannot use and they have my money. They should not be allowed to advertise in the United States 🤨

Purchased an item in early December, had not received it as of late January. Went through PayPal to dispute. Although seller had sent tracking info for shipping stating it was in transit, package had not been shipped until after PayPal claim was filed. I did end up receiving product in mid February. It was absolute junk. Not as advertised and cheaply made.

This company offers readers online for a decent sale price US $14.98> I order in CAD, checkout says final total will be $20.20 CAD. I get 2 emails from PayPal re: this purchase and a final charge to the card of $43.94CAD. More than twice the total given at checkout. Total scam. Do not order from this company.!!

This company is a complete scam. Buyer beware!!!!! They advertise items for sale at a decent price but send junk. In my case, they advertised a pretty cool, self retracting auto strap (2 for $30) and sent a standard $3 harbor freight strap (x1). When contacted, they said that I received the correct item and refused to let me return it. Although they claim to have 30 day returns. They are a complete scam and I have opened an opened a case with PayPal and in addition, blacklist inckwp.co.ltd to save future people from being scammed.
