scam company, inaccurate product listing, purchased, then deletes the listing. completely unhelpful customer service. clear they do this all the time. don't buy. Amex also won't reimburse you as they show proof they delivered something, even if it's not the product you ordered.
Complete SCAMcompany beware they advertise on social media , make it look like they are reportable company , I ordered a garden Keller with seat and the add said the little pro bag you hook on other side was free all that was shipped to me was the lite pro bag about 10 in x 11 in fits in a tiny shipping bag not much bigger than a envelope they will send you a small piece just to show that a shipment was shipped and tracked I have not been able to get the garden kneeler with seat cost was 45.00 Canadian they are trying to say that’s what I ordered ( scam company beware ) the little bag they sent me is of no use to me and worth about 2 dollars tried returning the item they will not return and offered me 2 dollars I can’t believe PayPal does business with corrupt company’s like this ( every review I’ve read say scam company ) I will check reviews from now on before ordering ) I have escalated the dispute to PayPal they probably will not do anything will not hold my breath ) corrupt company China

Parent company for gotosleeps dot com. They send out inferior products at a premium price then claim you have been sent the correct item and offer 1/4 refund for your inconvenience.
Total scam company. I bought an item off of Facebook ad and payed with PayPal. First bs is that they overcharge my acct. contacted pay pay and got difference credited back immediately. This is to open PayPal claim and have difference paid back and claim closed. Never received item and couldn’t reopen a closed claim. Just called PayPal and got most of my money back, crooks ended up getting $5. Second indicator was item and company were said to be in Delaware but when it supposedly shipped it was from Belgium. No replies from emails. Do not order from them

fraud . Their technique is to charge you through Paypal, but they do not send you the ordered product. They send a small envelope with a tube of glue and this is how they justify the delivery. They are scammers. Be very careful with these scammers.
I’ve ordered 2 sets of car door protective strips with the logo’s of my cars and what did I get? 2 the same strips without any brand they’ve advertised with !!! could have bought these way more cheaper. I was enthusiastic because they showed the stickers with the logo’s!!! Bummer!!!
They charged my paypal $10.00 more than they were supposed to on bras I ordered. I put in order on may 25 and they just charged on today my account is pending. on june 3 at 3:36 am. I can't seem to get pay pal to fixed this. . How do I freeze this pending?? I'm so pissed right now.

Bait and Switch scam. They advertise one thing and then deliver something else. If you plan to buy from them, use a credit card so that you can dispute the charges.

I ordered a stuffed animal for my daughter; however, after placing the order, I was charged far more than quoted and immediately messaged the company asking to cancel. They refused to cancel and gave me $5, and told me to "trust that the product was high quality". I fought with them for two days to cancel the order until they stated they shipped it. bought with paypal for buyer protection, but they refuse to do anything about it because there was a tracking number sent. paypal told me to reject the package, so i did; tracking info has not been updated for the return and now i am going through my bank. ridiculous! they should be shut down. if everyone on this website got together and filed a class action, maybe they would take notice.
I returned my clothing to China,as suggested by company AND PayPal, at considerable expense and it has been sitting in customs in China for 2 months. I have not been able to contact the company or PayPal.
I got the mkll walking stick it's supposed to have 5 sections with tools. They sent me 3 sections 1 tool per section the flint doesn't have anyway to hold it it's kind of useless, it's a baton not the walking stick they show in their video. Don't buy it.
