Ordered a snap and save bench from this company. Within a few hours got a courtesy PHONE call, not e-mail, that the item would be shipping and arrive in about 5 days. Very polite and efficient operation. By the way the chair was the best choice I made. It made the shower issue much more comfortable for my son. Would absolutely use this company again.
