My first choice

Customer service was excellent. Product arrived on time. I’ve ordered over 20 times and have found the best prices here.

Waiting for return slip

Well, I bought a V grip, spinner knob, and a spinner knob base It’s for a steering wheel for people who have bad arthritis on their hands it didn’t work out so I tried to return it within the 30 days that I had it I’m dealing with somebody called Nick Morales so I’m waiting for him to give me a return slip but he keeps telling me tomorrow and it’s been 3 to 4 days already. He also got upset with me and told me to not buy anything from him again he was upset. so I will keep you updated as I’m still waiting for the return slip. FYI, this cost me $182.95

AWESOME SERVICE!

so happy with my purchases super fast delivery! this will be my go-to place for my son's medical supplies!

First class service and prices.

Excellent choice

Excellent choice, Excellent Service! Hospice nurse here, waited a week for supplies to find out on back order. Called Indemedical regarding situation, ordered supplies, and received the next day even though it showed delivery date as 2-3 days out when I ordered! Thanks Indemedical!

If every company could be just as good to deal with! No BS

I have ordered exactly what I needed, at perhaps the best prices that can be found on the Internet, and receive my orders swiftly. This company has pleased to me so far. What else can be better or need to be said? :)

I have had nothing but positive…

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company! That is very strong praise coming from me. When I first tried to place an order, I had problems with my debit card and I was able to get assistance immediately. Another thing that I love is that, when I do place an order, I receive my products in the shortest time quoted. That is so important to people ordering these types of products. The products I have received have been of the highest quality and at the best prices I have been able to find anywhere. Keep up the great work!

reliable and efficient

I got what I ordered in a timely manner.

I found their prices to be of a good value. The product I received was as ordered. The shipment was fairly quick and as expected. The web site is frustrating to use. Sometimes it is inconsistent and gets hung up, other times it won't complete the process of an order. I had to close, re-login, and re-enter information three or four times before it would finally get to the actual payment screen. Also, it wouldn't finish the process for a free sample of a new product. It had some issue with shipping, even though it was the same saved shipping info in my profile, of which my purchased order was shipped to. It would never progress to the final submit order page, thus I couldn't ever oder the new product sample.

Excellent product, price and service

I buy catheters from IndieMedical. Their prices are as low as I have found anywhere, and their service is exceptional. Every order has arrived sooner than expected.

Great Service

Thank you. I order this product on a regular basis. I have always received my order ahead of time. Very friendly staff.

Phone service was good

Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!
