It has never taken this long for my order to come. I have emailed to find out what is the problem. It has not made it to fed ex yet. I am very disappointed I have ordered several times with you all and this is the first time this has ever happened.
I discovered the Quik Tea brand for Chai Lattes while visiting relatives in KY. I could not find it here in ABQ, NM so I went to Amazon but they did not have the flavor I wanted in stock. That's where your company showed up. I discovered your Tumeric Ginger Chai Lattes, now my favorite. I love the choices of flavors, the very reasonable prices and shipping and quality of the overall efficiency, accuracy and speed of the service. Even with shipping if I buy multiple boxes my drink is less than a dollar compared to my favorite coffee shop of $6 for a chai latte.
Very cooperative fast smooth service. Prices are reasonable.
My order was delivered and I appreciate the store and follow up process. Thanks for the great experience. I will return for more purchases.
Fenya package was ripped. Package was open. Post office put their tape on all over the box.
