I had wondered how they would be able to package such a tricky piece of merchandise but when it arrived I was impressed at how compact a package they had created and how it sprung into shape on removing from its rolled state. It quickly adjusted to my body on sitting on it, and it supports my back really well.
To begin with I ordered by mistake and asked for a refund immediately but didn’t happen Shipping to to long and when I finally got it they were broken into small pieces How do I get my refund
