Im in the us. The customer service is pretty quick. They respond via email and will work with you on requests for your store. Don't think they won't respond because they will. It may take a few days but that's because of time differences. I worked with Paul and he responded back and forth about my shipping requests. He was very responsive and did a great job!-

I love the fact that when I reach out for questions, Wendy is always there, and 9 times out of 10 answers my queries same day. Overjoyed with the variety available, most POD suppliers have limited variety. I would like InkedJoy to consider updating their design area. There is no way to check if a design is truly centred on a garment, a grid would be very useful. Also, the women's cotton t-shirt AOP mockups are confusing, as one shows a regular sized tee on a hanger and yet another for the front and back shows a longer, baggier tee. Which is it? Tidying up these little discrepancies and improving the design area platform would make such a difference to users and would get you more loyal customers of your program. I took one star off those two issues. Resolve them and you're 5!
