Inkelligent had a black friday special

Inkelligent had a black friday special: 100 custom stickers for $29.00, so I placed an order. I made a mistake in the wee hours of the night and misspelled my email address, which is also the account name. Realizing this, I contacted support, to which they responded, telling me they couldn't make any changes because they couldn't validate that it was me, as if someone wanted my custom sticker. The next morning I sent them my Illustrator file and the validation information they requested, then crickets. I didn't realize it at the time, but the email response was going to a spam folder. Once I figured this out, I contacted them again, and customer service responded. It's been my fault up to this point. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. The next morning, there was a quick response. They asked whether I wanted the order and confirmed my proof, which I did. It was not long after, and PayPal confirmed the issue was resolved with a refund. I didn't initiate the cancellation and refund of my order, so it had to come from their side. PayPal was awaiting a response from the company. I checked their website for information, and it still says, "Ordered," but nothing else. I went back to read the email, and realized likely the only reason I got a quick response is that they are a new company and the complaint came from PayPal. I received my refund, and you may be wondering why I gave this company one star. It was after all of this that I decided to do some digging about this company. I found a domain registered in China and a New York State filing for a business location at an apartment on Long Island. I think they are trying to fill these orders through their website, with operations overseas and delivery here in the United States. With this in mind, this review serves as a warning. Please do a Whois for the domain and find the corporation filing on the NYS website. I would suggest using a service like paypal rather than your credit card, likely I would be waiting forever for my bank to get back with me. I could be losing my mind, but I had a similar situation with another company providing the same service, and they went out of their way to call me. On this company's site, the only way to reach anyone is by email. My email included all my contact information. Be safe and check them out before getting stuck. This was so not worth the agrivatoin and weeks waiting for something to be cancled beacause I complained. - Cheers
