Gage was professional and easy to talk to. He had my tattoo design printed and ready to go for our session, showing me three different size options. Since it was my first tattoo, he walked me through the process and made me feel calm and comfortable. The take home after-care kit came with clear and easy instructions, as well as moisturizer to help with healing. My tattoo healed quickly and without complications. So happy with the result. Gage's artistic interpretation perfectly fit my vision and would highly recommend him.
The shop is in a great location. The facility itself is clean and comfortable. Mason is an absolute gem and helped me create a truly wonderful negative space sleeve tattoo that turned out better than I could have imagined. They communicated in a timely manner. There was always good amount of available slots for me to choose from for each appointment and the experience while getting education is comfortable and relaxing AND sanitary. I will be trusting Ink Spa and Madon for all my future tattoos!
This is my 4th tattoo with ink spa and I absolutely love it!! Gaige and mason are so kind and are a BLAST to talk to (especially when you’re getting tattooed for hours). My friends have come with every time. They welcome bringing people along! My friends are now wanting to switch their artist to Gaige/mason!! 10/10 I can’t wait for my next one!

Thank you so much! We're pretty sure Gage and Mason are going to be impossible to work with after reading this. 😂
Seriously though, we're so glad you've trusted us for your tattoos (and that your friends have become part of the experience too). Thanks for the kind words, for being such an awesome client, and for sending people our way. We can't wait to see you for tattoo #5!
My tattoo artist was great. She was friendly and quick. The studio was clean and welcoming.

I was visiting from North Carolina and was blown away with the communication before my appointment and even more blown away by my tattoo. I just wanted something small and simple. My artist made sure it was just right. The shop is also a very clean and nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!! (I used my husband’s email so it shows his name and not mine. He was also happy with my experience)

Gorgeous space
The shop is clean and welcoming, but my new tattoo looked blown out a little. To their credit, they offered a free touch up!

Thanks so much for the kind words about the shop - we really appreciate it! We weren’t able to tell which artist you worked with from the review, but once it’s fully healed feel free to book a touch-up online and we’ll make sure you get taken care of.
Great experience very clear and a good vibe, my tattoo is amazing with a really good detail. Very impressed by Mason‘s work thank you.

Thought I would have a great experience after looking at reviews and their instagram page and was not pleased with my experience at all the tattoo artist didn’t follow the stencil he laid and my tattoo is patchy and blowing out in places it doesn’t look remotely like the inspiration genuinely so disappointed and upset.

Hi Cienna, we’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you’re feeling. This isn’t the experience or quality we, at Ink Spa, or your artist, Mason, intend for our clients.
Your tattoo is still very fresh, under a week old, so some patchiness or unevenness can be part of the normal healing process. We completely understand how concerning it can look right now. Once it’s fully healed, we’d love the chance to do a follow-up session and address any areas that need attention.
We’ll be reaching out to you directly to check in. Thank you for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Gage was very engaging and made sure that I felt comfortable with the design. He was easy to talk with throughout the process.

Thank you for the kind words — we’re happy to hear you loved the experience and felt heard throughout the tattoo process!
The easiest way to reconnect is through our no-wait online booking system or by messaging us through our website at Inkspa.com. Both go straight to the studio and the artist, so nothing gets missed.
We’d love to see you back in the studio soon and help get your next piece on the calendar!
