The SD card on the y1 is made cheaply so mine broke after only 5 months of small usage. Had to take the whole mp3 apart just to put a new one in which cost me £10. I have lost over 1000s songs that will have to be put onto the new SD card which just wastes time. Wouldn't recommend.

Scam company that produces garbage low quality mp3 player. Avoid ! Don’t give them a cent! I ordered an Y1 and within weeks it doesn’t work. Absolute junk. All my songs disappeared due to some software flaw. Defective out of the box! Don’t trust them or deal with them!
If I could, I would also rate this business a zero star. I ordered a Innioasis Y1 Mp3 Player. The buttons did not work like they should. They jump from top to bottom no matter how fast or slow I try pushing or swiping. And other times the buttons don't even requester that I'm pushing or swiping them. I requested a refund/return and their response was to ask me for a video of the problem so they could troubleshoot. I said that I wasn't going to send a video, that I just wanted to return it... their response "Please understand that without a video, we’re unable to fully assess the problem, and therefore can’t move forward with troubleshooting or a potential replacement." Do not buy anything from this company. You will be wasting your money.
If it were possible, I would have given zero stars. I am thoroughly disappointed by this entire experience, from beginning to end. After placing my order, I reached out to inquire about the shipping status, only to receive a delayed response several days later—hardly the level of responsiveness one expects from a professional seller. When the product finally arrived—well beyond any reasonable timeframe—it immediately presented critical malfunctions: the device restarts itself every few seconds, rendering it entirely unusable. I promptly reported this issue via email weeks ago, and yet, to this day, I have received no reply, no support, and not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. It is extremely disappointing to be met with such indifference, especially after experiencing both shipping delays and a defective item. The complete absence of after-sales assistance speaks volumes. Draw your own conclusions, but mine is clear: I will not be purchasing from this seller again, and I would caution others to think twice before doing so.
