I ordered a knee brace from this…
I ordered a knee brace from this company. I used it for about 1 month and found that the velcro straps, which are essential to keeping the brace around your knee, would no longer stick together. I contacted Customer Support and was advised that I was not eligible for a replacement or refund. I was advised that the return policy was for 14 days.

The address verification service needs to be updated
The address verification service you use needs to update. It has an old name for my road and automatically changes it. The post office will not accept or deliver a package to that street.

Hopefully this back brace will work. I have order serial they didn't work like they said it would. I WILL recommend your brace. Looks like it A OUTSTANDING DEAL. WILL TELL MY PHYSICAL THERAPIST HE WAS THE ONE WHO RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY OF GOOD BRACES AND BEST DEALS.
