Takes too long to arrive
Takes too long to arrive. Traking indicated it was coming from somewhere overseas (I'm guessing China) and that's not what the "AD" indicated. I have briefly tried it and so far I'm not impressed with it. The instructions do not give any information on HOW to charge the batteries nor when the unit is charged. I have yet to see any instructions or explanation. The lights on the side never seem to go out or change color when the unit is charging.
Have not received product yet.

I wasn't sure what to expect, as far as the product was concerned. Just received them, so I haven't gotten to use them yet. It took a little longer to receive them, but then I realized they were coming from overseas. Otherwise, everything seems pretty good.

I did not receive my flashlight
I did not receive my flashlight. I was told that it would be in the mailbox yesterday. It has not shown up. There’s nothing in the mailbox. Are you ripping me off or what are you gonna give me the flashlight you told me you’d get me over a month ago where’s my flashlight? I want my money back if I can’t if you can’t get the flashlight to me, I see what’s going on here. I just want my money back I guess.

I've used it for every shampoo (every other day) and thus far I have seen no difference in my hair growth or thickness.

Spam Company I bought a product on April 2nd, they order showed a charge of $37.33, but the charge on my cc was for $48.53. Only after two days, they mentioned that the order was coming from Croatia, I decided to wait. Until, 54 days I did not receive my order, even when I was tracking the whole time. I requested tracking number for the local delivery company and they never share the information. I checked the website of the local delivery company, and use the number that they gave since the beginning and of course there was no tracking information available.
