Sold me a policy for a different policy…
Sold me a policy for a different policy period than I agreed to. Had to cancel immediately and wait a week for a refund. Also charges were 85 dollars more than the initial quote... I was told that I had 2 weeks to sign the agreement, but they still charged my bank account without me signing ANY agreement. Highly unsatisfied with Progressive/insurify. 1 star is 1 star too many!

I had opened insurance through them was not aware that you had to put people that live in your home that Do NOT drive your vehicles on the policy i had an accident my fault so they are not covering my accident now so my vehicle is damaged they took my money every month but no coverage for my accident They need to explain that when you buy coverage i an very disappointed and will be hearing from my lawyer also no one ever answers the phone no real live person to talk too dont use them!!!
