Suzie was the best representative! Helpful, kind, and went above and beyond any other representative I've ever spoke with. You can tell she takes pride in her job and really cares about the company she works for. I don't know what you guys pay her but I'm sure she deserves a raise....at the very least employee of the month but I'd really consider giving her a significant raise to ensure her future in your company
