We failed your expectations on communication, and we take full ownership of this mistake. We want to clarify the setup right away: Our linkable lights and sensors actually do NOT require any complex manual pairing, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi coding! The system operates on an automatic RF wireless broadcast out of the box. Simply slide the POWER switch to ON on the back of the sensor. Once turned on, it will automatically transmit a signal and trigger any and all 3000LM lights within a 100-foot (30-meter) radius without any manual pairing steps required. Regarding our email responses: Our team sent you the complete step-by-step guide and the full PDF manual yesterday morning (Oct 19) from our domain email ([email protected]), and we have just resent it again via our backup Gmail address to ensure it reaches you. Because Earthlink spam filters are notoriously strict, these emails most likely landed in your Spam/Junk folder.
