We’ve done it! Our surrogate is pregnant. We are incredibly grateful and happy to have made so far. The journey to this point has been exciting and full of emotion. At first, we were unsure about surrogacy in Ukraine because we were very afraid of the situation, and it is a sensitive topic in our society. But we don’t regret a single second. We are so glad we chose Delivering Dreams. We had been looking for an agency for a long time, but within the first few minutes of visiting the website and watching the videos, we felt that this was the right choice! Where has the time gone? Our miracle is finally here !
Where has the time gone? Our baby is already one month old. When you are in the middle of the surrogacy process, every day and every week of waiting feels endless. But the moment you finally hold your child in your arms, all of that just evaporates. All the worries, the long wait—it’s simply forgotten.
We were in Lviv, Ukraine, at the beginning of April. Naturally, you have many thoughts and concerns beforehand about traveling to a country at war. However, within the first few hours of being in the city, those fears completely vanished. Lviv is a beautiful place, and we felt safe at all times. You honestly feel almost nothing of the war there. There is truly no need to be afraid to travel there.
A personal highlight was meeting our surrogate mother in person shortly before the birth. After writing to each other for such a long time, it was incredibly warm and emotional to finally stand face-to-face.
We are especially grateful to Delivering Dreams for allowing us to be present at the birth of our child together with the surrogate mother. Sharing the hours leading up to the birth and the moment of delivery with her was a beautiful, bonding experience. Our stay at the clinic was also very pleasant. We were there for three days, and the entire staff took wonderful care of us and our baby.
The agency was there for us the entire time, working tirelessly. We were so surprised by the many little gifts and surprises we received—things we didn't expect at all, which were such a lovely touch! The team also went above and beyond to ensure we had all our documents ready as quickly as possible so we could travel home.
The entire process was efficient and transparent:
• Duration: We were in Ukraine for a total of only 14 days (from arrival before birth until departure).
• Paperwork: Only one week after the birth, thanks to their great support, we already had all the documents for our journey home.
• Transparency: There were absolutely no hidden costs at any time.
We would choose Delivering Dreams again in a heartbeat and haven't regretted this step for a single second. We are simply beyond grateful to the entire team for everything!
Our miracle, Jaylen, was born on April 2, 2026, and he is now four weeks old. I will be honest without Delivering Dreams, this beautiful journey would not have been possible, and we wouldn’t be the proud parents of our wonderful son. In my last post, I shared that she was 3 cm dilated. Continuing from there, we flew to Poland and used a secure car, provided by Ivan, to travel safely over long distances. We had a wonderful driver by the way, we made sure to tip extra because he was a real trooper, driving us from Poland to Lviv, Lviv to Kyiv, Kyiv back to Lviv, and then from Lviv to Poland for our flight home. When we arrived in Lviv on April 1, 2026, we settled in and went for a stroll through the city center. We enjoyed a meal at a Mediterranean restaurant where the food was fresh and delicious. The city looked like what I’d imagine “old money” to be beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets, and charming scenery. Surprisingly, I noticed more Teslas in Lviv than I saw in Kyiv on our previous trip. That night, we waited in anticipation for the call we had been dreaming about. The next morning, we received the call it's time. Ivan, our coordinator, instructed us to come to the hospital. The excitement was overwhelming. Ivan had advised us to pack in advance and have a small bag with essentials, which made the process smooth and stress-free. While we were there, we also met another couple from the U.S. who was about to have their baby as well. The staff at the birth center in Lviv were exceptional friendly, caring, and professional. I was allowed to wait with the surrogate since only the mother was permitted in the delivery room until it was time. We communicated using a translation app until the contractions began; after that, no talking was possible. The medical team looked after her with great compassion, making us all feel safe and cared for. When the moment arrived, everything happened very quickly. I was able to cut the umbilical cord, and just a few moments later, Jaylen was placed on my chest for bonding. Before leaving, I embraced our surrogate and expressed my gratitude an unforgettable and touching moment. The doctors and nurses checked on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and even offered to teach us how to care for our son. The clinic was immaculate. The food provided was not to our taste, so we obtained takeout (though the other couple loved the food). Ivan stayed in close contact via WhatsApp, providing updates and support throughout. We also built a great relationship with the other couple our “neighbors” in the maternity ward. Both our sons were born on the same day, through the same process, and we exchanged contact information to keep in touch afterward. After three days in the hospital, we purchased a car seat from a nearby store and returned to the Premier Hotel in Lviv, which I highly recommend. Ivan took care of all the necessary paperwork. Due to Easter, the process was a little slow as the government offices were closed for a time, but eventually, we received our son’s birth certificate. Seeing his name along with my husband's and mine brought a sense of safety and reassurance, especially since we trust the company and are in another country. I want to emphasize that I chose Delivering Dreams because it is an American company founded by Susan, an American, which provides an added sense of security. The entire process was straightforward, efficient and everyone involved knew exactly what to do, demonstrating professionalism combined with heartfelt care. We also had to visit Kyiv again from our prior visit for ivf last year to obtain an emergency passport for our son. The embassy scheduled our appointment for April 15th, and on the same day, we received his emergency I want to stress that both experiences in Lviv and Kyiv were safe and smooth. Interestingly, both trips occurred during periods of active conflict Kyiv in June 2025 and Lviv in April 2026 (you can look this up) but we experienced no harm. Thanks to the reliable notification systems, we knew what to do and where to go, if needed. The entire process was well-organized, and we always felt secure. Delivering Dreams has given us the greatest gift our son Jaylen and words cannot fully express our gratitude. If anyone is hesitant or unsure about this process, I encourage you to do it. Once you have your child in your arms, every doubt will fade away. The entire team, especially Ivan, and everyone involved, showed genuine compassion and professionalism. They supported us and cared for us throughout this journey. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering this path to trust Delivering Dreams. Their dedication, expertise, and heartfelt approach truly make all the difference. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our dream come true.
We are still part way through our journey but received the absolutely wonderful news recently that our incredible and inspiring surrogate has made it through the first trimester. Ivan and the team truly cannot be faulted for a single thing. I had anxiety due to several missed miscarriages previously (personal, not the surrogate) and so asked for a reassurance scan around the 10 week mark. Ivan and the team literally arranged it for the next day and it meant the world to me to see everything progressing well. The updates and communications are always professional, supportive, transparent and human. We would like to share a small update on our journey with Delivering Dreams, as we are now just about to welcome our child into the world – a truly emotional and special moment for us.
Looking back, we can say that we are still incredibly happy that we chose Delivering Dreams. From the very beginning, we have been supported and informed throughout every step of the process. What means a lot to us is the close and personal contact with our surrogate – we regularly exchange messages and photos, which makes us feel very connected.
From a medical perspective, we have always been kept fully informed. We received detailed updates after every examination, along with wonderful ultrasound pictures and videos of our baby, which made this journey even more real and emotional for us.

It has been a long journey and…
It has been a long journey and Delivering Dreams has been a great guide throughout.
More than 3 years after I had the first call with DD, a baby blessed us on the last day of the year 2025.
DD worked professionally to figure out the correct legal and medical manner of getting to our goal.
DD has always been open and frank about requirements and limitations. No false promises, no hidden matters.
When obstacles came up, DD worked on solutions and alternatives.
Ivan, and later Sheila, were always prompt in responding and always clear.
Got great support on where to get medical tests done, how to ship documents or medical items. Discussions on legal documentation were thorough. During the pregnancy, medical developments were shared promptly. Lots of photos shared. After the birth, Sheila was available to answer all medical questions, like an in-house doctor.
It felt like interacting with one's well-wishers.

Our journey with DD has continued being a great experience.
In March we started the next steps of the journey after our embryo creation phase. Following the embyros, Susan and Anton quickly pivoted to finding us a surrogate mother. Within a few weeks, we were matched with our first SM option and provided all the relevant information needed. Unfortunately during the initial medical process, she did not meet the right requirements to move forward.
Although that part was disappointing, these are the moments that bring MORE trust with DD. The health of the SM and the care they have for our precious embyros are the main priorities. Ensuring the SM meets stringent parameters protects all parties in this sensitive process.
Susan and Anton were open and transparent with the background and next steps to securing another SM. A month later we received our 2nd SM candidate. This time she passed her medical exams and we proceeded with our first embryo transfer in July. Each step of the way Anton provided us the important updates and time frame to expect.
We faced yet another setback when the transfer was not successful. These are the moments when the process feels real because you believe everything goes so smoothly up to this point, you don't expect a bad result.
Anton sent us a comprehensive review of what happened, with the doctors double checking all protocols were followed. It was determined everything was done to standard across the board. Life just didn't happen as planned.
Both Anton and Susan were very supportive and helped us move forward. After our SM was tested again for a 2nd attempt, they determined she likely wouldn't be viable to their standards. We had trust in them to make the decision to find another SM. Within a couple weeks they provided another candidate who the clinic felt was perfect.
We decided to move forward with her and our embryo transfer was done in September. This time it was successful! The joy we all had was an amazing moment. We had a group call with the SM and DD to start a connection with the SM moving forward.
We're now at 15 weeks and everything is going smoothly with appointments and testing. Seeing the ultrasound videos is something hard to describe. We have a group chat with our SM to talk and make her feel comfortable with us. She's such a wonderful person.
It's been a journey for sure since we started our research in January and made our decision to partner with DD. They've exceeded expectations we had. Despite setbacks, they're always there to help us have perspective.
Word of advice to everyone. This is an imperfect science trying to create magic. Patience is needed. Even with 3AA embyros, all protocols followed and high standards, we still had a failure. Just live the process and let life happen. Trust your team will get you to a good result.

After a medical condition prevented my wife an I to have another child we were looking for a trustworthy surrogacy agency in order to give our remaining embryos a chance to come into this world.
From the first moment Susan an her team were everything one could wish for. They are empathic yet highly professional. We got updates every single step of the way.
Not only that but they had full understanding when we voiced our very specific requirements for the surrogate. Due to our religious beliefs we asked for a surrogate that does not eat pork of shellfish. Lybov, the supervisor of our surrogate, supports her with just as much warmth and great heart. She accompanies our surrogate to all medical examinations. And when we wanted to give the surrogate a small birthday gift, she helped us and got the gift for us.
The surrogate mothers are chosen with so much love. We couldn't imagine a better surrogate mother for our little miracle. We are so grateful.

When we found out that I would never be able to carry a child of our own, we were devastated. Surrogacy didn't seem to be an option, as it is illegal in our country. On top, the only thing we knew about it were stories around women being exploited. And that's the last thing I would want... Despite that all, I started reading, watching video's, learning about the 'where and why and how'. And with that, my opinion changed and the doors towards having a family of our own opened..
During my investigation, I had listed many agencies who support surrogacy journeys. Whenever I was reading about 'great support' for both IPs and Surrogates, Delivering Dreams would pop up.
When I first met with Susan and Oksana, I knew. This is my place to be. A place where not only IPs come first, but surrogate mums as well. A journey together with respect for everyone involved.
We did choose the hard way, trying to conceive with our own biomaterial. After a first round of stimulation and IVF and embryo transport to UA and 2 failed transfers, we decided to go for a last try. In Kyiv!
This whole way Oksana has been a true support. From logistics to emotions! On site, Ivan has accompanied every single meeting at the clinic. All in all, even our stay in Kyiv was a great experience with DD. Unfortunately, without success. But then again, we can only trick nature to a certain point.
Within no time, DD has allowed us to match with a wonderful donor, who will be starting stimulation soon. And we hope our journey continues towards a happy end!
Within 1 year, I have gained so much experience but also heard many stories of others. Both with DD but also other agencies. And I can only say, that we made the right decision to let DD support us.
Alltogether: Honest, clear and open communication, shifting gears quickly, support around the clock and never loosing sight of the health and wellbeing of the surrogate. Clear payment schedules upfront. So both the business and personal side are taken care of so well.
Despite our unfullfilled wish sofar, I can only wholeheartedly say that we will continue this journey with Delivering Dreams. I couldn't have had better support and am looking forward to meeting Oksana when we pick up our little wonder ;-)

The list of required documents was clearly structured and easy to follow, and whenever we had questions, Oksana was always available, supportive, and patient. The organization of the biomaterial collection in Poland was also smooth. Choosing the right egg donor was a very important step for us, and we felt truly supported throughout this process.

A dream come true!
Hi, I want to start off by saying that I looked at multiple surrogacy places prior to choosing Delivering Dreams. Despite what I had seen I felt my heart pulling me towards Ukraine and Delivering Dreams. This is when the process started as we had started nothing thus far but just a dream in our heart and mind. My husband and I went to Ukraine June 2025 and we stayed in Kyiv to start the IVF protocols to create a embryo to put into our chosen surrogate since I medically can not hold our own child. Our overall experience during our stay in Ukraine has been truly transformative and deeply meaningful. Being there during such a significant situation for the country and for us in our lives due to starting the surrogacy process, was both an emotional journey and a testament to hope and perseverance. It was a rollercoaster of emotions feeling a mix of excitement, uncertainty, and hope but each moment contributed to a deeper understanding of resilience and human connection. Ivan, our coordinator was so helpful and kind in moments of uncertainty.
Being away from home during this pivotal time naturally brought feelings of longing and vulnerability, but it also strengthened our bond and resilience. Managing logistics and documentation abroad due to language barriers was complex, yet the support and guidance we received made it manageable and even empowering. Experiencing the culture and navigating through the streets of Kyiv was beautiful and inspiring. The process taught us patience, adaptability, and trust in the professionals around us.

With DD Dreams come true ❤️
Our miracle is now 5 weeks old - and every time I hold our little princess in my arms I am so grateful to Delivering Dreams - because without DD this would not be possible and I would not be mum to my wonderful little girl.
I often think about the day our princess was born - it was a beautiful cold day but sunny ☀️.
We were still walking in the city centre and had just arrived at the flat when our dear Oksana called us "Where are you? Here we go, please get your things and call a taxi" - we were so incredibly excited. It was absolutely invaluable that Oksana had asked us to pack our things in advance and have a small extra bag with a change of clothes.
The staff at the birth centre were great - everyone was very friendly!
Oksana accompanied us - and then I was allowed to wait with our great surrogate mother until it was time. The doctors and nurses looked after her very lovingly.
It was wonderful to wait with her - and I am so grateful that this was possible.
When things really got going, everything went super fast - and then I suddenly had the scissors in my hand and was allowed to cut the umbilical cord and a few minutes later I had our miracle lying on my chest.
It was especially nice that I was allowed to hug our surrogate mother tightly after the birth - it was a very moving moment. The doctors and nurses were great - they checked on us several times a day and there was always someone there if we needed anything.
Everything was very clean. Even during our stay at the clinic, Oksana was always just a phone call or WhatsApp away - she takes such great care of you!
After 3 days we were allowed to return to the apartment and Oksana and Olga took care of all the paperwork.
We especially liked the fact that Oksana picked us up - it was just very warm.
As for the documents - everything went smoothly. Everyone here knows what they have to do and when, and what is important. Simply professionals but with heart.
Oksana also organized a newborn shoot for us - I love the photos! I can only recommend it to anyone.
Our surrogate mother is also such a special person - so lovable and warm ❤️ We built up a great bond during the pregnancy and are still in close contact
I am glad that it was possible for our surrogate mother to give birth in Lviv.
We ourselves also felt safe in Lviv at all times - it was also special that Oksana took the time to show us Lviv's most beautiful corners.
The updates from Oksana and our surrogate mother made me feel like I was pregnant myself - we were there every step of the way. I think this also helps you build a special bond with your child.
Delivering Dreams has given us the greatest gift in the world with our wonderful surrogate - that is priceless!

I had an incredible experience with Delivering Dreams International Surrogacy Agency. From the moment I became pregnant, auntie Sheila was always there to support me.
