My international drive licence was expired and being in Mexico for Work I had the need to renew it. By chance and without having had any previous experience about the IAA, I did approach the Company. I ought to say that the IAA provided a reliable and swift service.
Haven’t received my printed copy still even 10 days after i paid
The process was clear, the delivery was very fast, I've selected express option and in 5 minutes had a PDF with my IDP. And in fact, the issued digital IDP helped me rent a car in Italy. Great workaround.
Till date the package is not received, and I don't know the reason why it is not dispatched till date.

I haven't received the driving permit documentation as promised yet. Al the driver's permit had had hidden costs, which was not expressed up front. Not happy with this service at all.

EuropCar Rental company in Italy not take digital IDP. Only paper. Reservation on car was made month before. First surprise was rental car company need International Driving Permit -California DL not work. Second - they need only original paper IDL Digital what I was order and received online not works too.
The first information the website asks is the destination. After filling it, the website confirms that the idp is accepted in the destination. I bought it, and surprise: got fined and informed that the digital idp is not accepted. I want reimbursement.
I was notified well after subscribing that there was some form of delay, which was going to get my paper copy slowed down in delivery. This is causing me to completely miss the date that I needed the documentation for and so the entire expense has been for nothing. Very disappointing.
The more time I spend here the more concerned I am- Every email I get starts "Dear John". Not sure who John is, but my name is not John. I uploaded a selfie that shows (still) "accepted" but I received (actually came to Elizabeth this time) an email that said I need to upload a new one according to guidelines. I see nowhere to switch them out or any directions about how to upload it. My status just says "on hold".
